Repair And Maintenance Of Power Conversion Gearbox

No.1 Ensure that the selected oil filter element is of reliable quality and meets the original factory standards. Do not use inferior or counterfeit filters.

No.2 When changing the oil, replace the oil filter element together. The oil filter replacement cycle may vary slightly for different vehicle models. Please follow the recommendations in the vehicle maintenance manual for replacement.

No.3 Before installing the oil filter element, ensure that the oil and sealing ring are clean to prevent debris from falling into the oil pan.
When tightening the oil filter element, pay attention to the appropriate amount of force and avoid tightening it too tightly or too loosely. After tightening, ensure that the sealing ring is tightly attached to the base to prevent oil leakage.

No.4 Before starting the engine, check if the oil filter is securely installed to prevent it from falling off due to vibration during driving.
During driving, pay attention to observing whether the oil pressure and filter seal ring are normal. If there are any abnormalities, they should be checked and replaced in a timely manner.

No.5 Regularly clean the engine oil filter element and oil pan, remove carbon deposits and debris, to maintain the cleanliness of the engine oil.After replacing the oil and oil filter, start the engine and check for any oil leakage. If there is oil leakage, please check and re tighten or replace the filter element in a timely manner.
