Oil Filter Introduction

SDLG parts hydraulic filter element is a filtering device suitable for the hydraulic system of SDLG. Its main function is to filter out impurities and pollutants in the hydraulic system, maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, thereby protecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system and extending the service life of the equipment.

No.3. Hydraulic filter elements generally withstand a pressure difference of 0.35-0.4 MPa, but for some special filter elements, they are required to withstand a high pressure difference, with a maximum requirement of 32 MPa, or even 42 MPa, which is equivalent to system pressure.

No.4.Divided into high, medium, and low precision levels. 2-5um represents high accuracy, 10-15um represents medium accuracy, and 15-25um represents low accuracy.

Replacement time of hydraulic filter element:

Hydraulic excavators generally need to replace hydraulic oil after running for 2000 hours, otherwise it will contaminate the system and cause system failure. According to statistics, about 90% of hydraulic system failures are caused by system pollution. On the basis of checking the color, viscosity, and odor of the oil, it is also necessary to check the oil pressure and air humidity. If working in an environment with high altitude and low temperature, close attention must also be paid to the carbon content, gum substances (olefins) and sulfides in engine oil, as well as the impurities, paraffin, and moisture content in diesel.

In special circumstances, if low-grade diesel is used in machinery (with a sulfur content of 0.5%~1.0% in diesel), the diesel filter and engine filter should be replaced every 150 hours; Diesel and mechanical filters should be replaced every 60 hours if the sulfur content is above 1.0%. The replacement time for hydraulic return oil filter element, pilot filter element, and respirator filter element is every 100 hours for equipment with high hydraulic system load, such as crushers and vibration compactors
