How to clean the fuel injector？

①Put the injector into gasoline or cleaning oil, carefully remove the external oil stains, and then wipe it with a soft cloth. Check whether the rubber ring on the fuel injector is damaged, if damaged, it should be replaced in time. 

②Pour two bottles of special injector test agent into the ultrasonic cleaning tank, about 2000mL. 

③ Put the cleaning bracket in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, put the fuel injector on the bracket, and the cleaning agent should soak the surface of the bracket. 

④Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic injector cleaning machine and press the ultrasonic button. ⑤Set the cleaning time (the device defaults to 10min), and the adjustment time is 600s.

⑥ Injector backwash. Connect the backwash connector of the cleaning machine to the fuel injector and place it on the test stand, then adjust the oil supply pressure to 20-400kPa, and press the cleaning button. 

⑦After cleaning, turn off the oil pump (press the oil pump key), and remove the fuel injector connection joint.
