Car fuel injector installation steps

1. Replace the damaged gasket and seal ring and the O-ring of the injector, and apply lubricating oil on the O-ring of the injector;

2. Install the injector into the fuel distribution pipe and install the circlip;

3. Install the injector bracket on the fuel distribution pipe;

4. Install the fuel injector into the injection port on the cylinder block, install the fuel distribution pipe on the intake pipe, and tighten the bolts with a torque of 10N m;

5. Install the vacuum tube on the fuel pressure regulator;

6. Install the intake hose and the oil return pipe, and tighten the fixing nut;

7. Install the idle speed control valve and the connecting body, and tighten the bolts with a torque of 10N m;

8. Install the plug of the injector and the plug of the idle speed control valve;
